K3K Intelligence operates as a specialised supplier to vetted UK government and law enforcement customers. The Gov tier extends the platform's Pro AI suite with multi-subject correlation, predictive movement modelling, custom data- retention, on-prem deployment, and a bespoke commercial contract. Procurement is via G-Cloud, the Digital Outcomes & Specialists framework, the DPS register, or direct contract.

  • Pattern-of-life intelligence (30-day routine baseline + deviation detection).
  • AI anomaly explanations (Claude-generated plain-English explanations on every detected anomaly, citing contributing positions).
  • AI-narrated daily surveillance briefs (court-ready one-page summary of every active case, generated at 07:00 each morning).
  • Stop-purpose classification (home / work / unfamiliar / commercial / transit).
  • Conversational case AI (ask questions of a case; answers with citations into the timeline).
  • AI report drafting (court-ready first-draft reports from a case folder).

02 · Gov-exclusive

What Gov adds on top of Pro.

  • Multi-subject correlation — co-location windows, parallel-track signatures, return-home synchrony across multiple subjects in the same case.
  • Predictive movement modelling — probabilistic next-location forecasts based on baseline + recent trajectory.
  • Custom data-retention policy — set per-org via the contract; typical 12-year audit-grade with cold archive after 24 months.
  • On-prem deployment option — single-host docker compose or Kubernetes manifest for a customer-owned cluster.
  • Dedicated support — named TAM, response targets agreed in the bespoke contract, formal uptime SLA.
  • BYOK Anthropic required — no shared inference key; your contract pins inference under your governance regime.
  • IPA Part 3 authorisation built in (Parts 4 / 5 / 6 in development).
  • Two-person unmask, court-order + production-order authorisation kinds, geographic scoping.
  • Protective marking (OFFICIAL · OFFICIAL-SENSITIVE · SECRET), per-org IP allowlist, mandatory annual training sign-off.

  • Audit hash chain (SHA-256-linked append-only log).
  • Mandatory 2FA (TOTP today; WebAuthn for Gov on the next ship list).
  • UK / EU data residency.
  • Signed evidence-pack pipeline (Ed25519, public key on /security).

In progress

  • G-Cloud listing — application timing depends on K3K's first Gov-tier customer cohort. Bespoke contracts available in the interim.
  • Cyber Essentials Plus — independent assessment path scoped; certification target Q3.
  • ISO 27001 — readiness review scoped; not yet under formal certification.
